05 Mar MEGAN ALOISI NAMED OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD WINNER FOR JANUARY

Fleet Response is proud to announce Megan Aloisi, Auto Subrogation Manager, as the Outstanding Performance Award Winner for January 2015.

Megan has been with Fleet Response for around 12 years.  During this time she has come to distinguish herself an instrumental part of the Fleet Response organization, consistently leading her team to exceed organization expectations.

Fritz Clark, Heavy Equipment Recovery Specialist, said “In the time that I have worked with Megan, you can tell she embodies the key values of the Fleet Response mission statement.   Megan not only helps us to reach our goals as a department, but makes sure we strive to surpass those goals on a monthly basis.”

James Moyer, a fellow Heavy Equipment Recovery Specialist, went on to add that Megan “promotes a very helpful team atmosphere that makes the subrogation/heavy equipment department a wonderful place to work.”   He went on to add that a key part of this stems from the fact that “Megan ensures everyone in the department not only has an opportunity to state their opinion, but also that every person’s opinion is listened to and respected,” a point Fritz Clark, referenced above, wholeheartedly agreed with later in his statement.

Megan’s high quality of work is recognized in other departments as well.  Jeff Fender, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, said that under Megan’s leadership her team has exceeded expectations. Already they have started the New Year off with a strong start by hitting record goals in January.
