Throughout the year, Fleet Response hosts several I-Car training classes at our Cleveland, OH based offices. These classes serve as continuing education for our team of Claims Representatives and Adjusters, which allows them to serve our clients with an added level of expertise and knowledge. The classes are also available to anyone in the industry: insurance adjusters, independent appraisers, shop owners as well as technicians.

In the month of June, Fleet Response hosted two classes: Vehicle Technology & Trends for 2010 and Collision Repair for General Motors Vehicles. Within each class, there were several topics covered to include: identification of each type of metal involved in the construction of vehicles, the reparability of each type of material and the proper repair operations that are recommend by the manufacturer.
